Job Mission
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management Office (PMO) team in Wilton. PMO proactively embeds world class program & project management in ASML’s culture to enable effective cross-sector decision making. We are seeking an assertive and motivated individual to join our team, and coordinate with our European colleagues, to support our Project Managers and empower them to successfully navigate the challenges through complex projects.

Job Description
PMO is expected to deliver non-technical project support, planning and organization optimization, typically from initiation through delivery.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management (PM) methodologies.
- Support Director of Program Management by challenging project activities in relation to triple constraint (time, resources, scope).
- Coach team of Project Managers to secure quality project objectives (schedules, resource management, scope definition, presentations, risk mitigation).
- Enable effective cross-sector decision making within Program by providing transparent and timely business information supported by accurate data.
- Maintain mid and long term project plans, report on status and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure that risks and issues are identified and properly addressed via mitigations, contingencies, and escalation, where necessary.
- Initiate and maintain communication channels with on- and off-site colleagues, providing transparent and consistent progress updates.
- Support ongoing budget activities and periodic cross-sector alignment meetings to ensure that key messages are delivered to respective stake holders and upper-management representatives across the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the ASML way of working.
- Act as Project Management expert and Business Partner to the project managers, providing program management (PM) skills and acting as the key contact for process knowledge (e.g. PM lifecycle and PM Methodology).
- Initiate and participate in PMO initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes and methodologies.
- Contribute in decision making by providing accurate project- and program- management reporting, metrics and analysis to the project team.
- Support Project manager and satellite team in the Netherlands with Master Plan updates, analysis, documentation, presentations, reports, dashboards, KPI’s and process implementation.
- Support key product/project reviews utilizing PMM skills, e.g. project plans, resource management (within triple constraint), issue tracking and dashboards.
- Navigate through a matrix organization and support D&E in communicating and/or escalating issues/risks with proposed deviations to sponsors different stakeholders. Interface with European PMO counter parts to drive efficiency and transparency.
- Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Senior Project Coordinator (PMO) Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Science) required or equivalent experience. Masters and Certifications (PMP, Lean, Scrum) a bonus.
Experience
- 5+ years of work experience in project or service delivery management. Experience within matrix organizations, technical environments, PMO and/or project management is a bonus.
- Basic project management and process development knowledge.
- Experienced with using applications Outlook, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Personal skills- Has a ‘Pro-Active’ attitude, is a self-starter and a self-motivator; willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Adaptive personality capable of interacting with all levels of organization.
- Ability to analyze and translate statistical data in to effective reports.
- Ability to function in a highly dynamic environment.
