Job Description
The Incident Review & Prevention (IRP) Project Lead (PL) maintains the operational documentation and procedures for the IRP Program located within the DUV department. The IRP PL also creates and updates presentations, and process flowcharts for reference purposes. The IRP PL is a process-improvement champion in the department. He/she suggests improvements that can be completed and has expert knowledge on process tracking methodologies.
The IRP PL reports and highlights performance measures that must be translated into actionable improvements. He/she must be able to explain what happened and provide recommendations for achieving the program goals. This is a "hands-on" position that completes projects that track operational efficiencies in performance. The IRP PL works with the subject matter experts (SMEs), including Operations, Leadership, and other sections within the Department. The IRP PL does not have supervisory or direct report responsibilities.
Education
Minimum Bachelor in a technical field, statistics, information technology, economics, business, or equivalent experience.
Experience
2 to 5 years’ experience, ideally with a proven track record in a Project Lead position of 5 years. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry helpful.
