Job Mission
Fast market introduction of ASML’s newest technologies requires a high level of product integrity throughout their lifecycle to enable affordable microelectronics. New hardware and changes on hardware are requested on daily basis for our products. A smooth implementation of these changes is crucial for our business. It is your responsibility to deliver solid product changes with a multidisciplinary team and at the same time embed (hands on) our new change process in the organization.
Job Description
Make the difference in the efficiency and profitability of ASML by managing product change requests through the product life cycle. Tactically facilitate our product change process, apply your configuration management experience and your ability to influence people. You lead our cross sector teams through the product change process to protect the business of ASML against uncontrolled and unplanned changes while balancing cost, speed and quality.
Main responsibilities:
• Recognize and advise on scope of change requests (scope control, new or update change)
• Manage quality of impact analysis of changes, to minimize processing time and assure reliable planning
• Manage quality of change implementation plans to optimize implementation cost and planning
• Monitor and control the implementation of approved changes
• Lead, coordinate and coach cross-sector project team on the product change process
• Chair and organize a cross-sector change control board
• Monitor and give feedback to ensure changes are processed according Configuration Management policy
• Embed improvements from the configuration management roadmap in your team
• Contribute to further development of configuration management

Experience
• Preferred 2 years’ work experience where stakeholder management was key to achieve success
• Proven analytical and conceptual skills combined with business sense
• Proven experience in planning and managing changes
• Know upstream impact of changes (e.g. logistics, operations, customer support)
• A mix of project management skills and specialist skills
• Appliance of organizational change management techniques

• Natural leader, in providing structure, prioritization and decisiveness

Context of the position
Since the start of 2017 a Configuration Management (CM) organization is in place within ASML. This organization is governed by the CM Board, with executives across the sectors of ASML.
You work together with other Change Catalysts on different levels in the organization, project leaders, cross sector stakeholders. Support is provided by CM experts, trainers and management to achieve the perfect configurations throughout the organization of ASML.
