Job Mission
The Business Operations Consolidation Intern will assist the team with order management of lasers as well as weekly forecast process and generating build signals to the Cymer Factory.  Our ideal candidate will have a strong background and understanding in SharePoint to be able to fulfill the needs of this intern summer project.

Job Description
Assist team with order management of lasers
Assist team in weekly forecast process and in generating build signals to the Cymer Factory.
Maintain & Improve SharePoint collaboration sites for group
Conducts ad hoc analysis as requested.
Generates metrics related to the sales and business analysis.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline with junior level standing or above.

Experience

• Experience working in high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, with previous experience workflows and other design elements
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems.
• In depth experience with spreadsheets, and information systems will be very helpful.
• Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.

• Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be a demonstrated “team player” with a quality orientation and interpersonal skills.
