Job Description
As a PMO in the team, your main contribution is:Enabling the execution of projects with high quality triple constraint management by driving the standardized way of working for project, program and portfolio management (P3M) into the organization;Support strategic decision making by gathering information on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), improving the CS values within the Stage Gate management process and delivering information on resource and project claim and allocation;Gathering lessons learned on P3M, connecting and sharing within the community of P3M users.Your day to day tasks contribute to the success of the Project- and Program Managers as you provide PMO services and take the lead in improvements. The team is growing and your motivation to improve and grow as a team is an important asset for you to make a good fit in the team.
Education
Bachelor or Master degree in business economics, business administration, business engineering or a technical study
Experience
Project, Program and Portfolio management knowledge and experience (3-5 years); Preferably with a technical and engineering focusTrack record of leading process improvement projects;Experience with LEAN and AGILE.

Ability to influence without power;Excellent communications skills;A ‘Pro-Active’ attitude;English language skills (verbal and non-verbal).
