Job Mission
-Represent the world
-wide AIR user community in the business
-Be the key contact for AIR key users with respect to business requirements management, software changes and AIR life cycle management. Support the business in close collaboration with corporate quality and IT in setting clear requirements for the AIR tooling, supporting the ASML issue resolution processes.
Job Description
You are responsible for the requirements, change and lifecycle management for the AIR tooling. Aligning cross sectors and closely working with any solution providing partner (Cerberus, IT, others). You are intimate with the needs of the AIR (key) user community (world-wide) and very well connected in this network.
Main responsibilities
-Chair monthly AIR Key User meeting
-Create and maintain AIR documentation / manual / Computer Based Training
-Linking pin between business and IT
-2nd line point of contact for end-users and key-users of the AIR tool related to bugs / questions / functionality
-Consultant for key-users regarding change requests
-Sparring partner for IT with regards to change requests
-Align with IT on change and release planning, prioritization and communication
-Test changes, perform monthly regression test, keep test-plan up-to-date
-Give formal approval to IT for deployment of changes on behalf of business
-Maintain and monitor quality of master data
-Process authorization requests
-Align with stakeholders on IRM process and AIR tool
-Provide AIR tool training (4 times per year as part of SQE carousel)
-Maintain AIR roadmap, aligned with IT and Global Quality and CM2
Education
Bachelor or Masters
Experience
-5 – 10 years work experience (mid-career)
-Proven analytical and conceptual skills combined with business sense; ability to compile business case while dealing with many uncertainties
-Proven experience in close collaboration with many different stakeholders in business and IT; ability to upstream foresee impact of changes.
-Experience in dealing with many different and sometimes conflicting user requirements
Personal skills
-Willing to learn the AIR application to become an AIR specialist
-Able to understand / challenge the requirements of the business
-Strong communicator, while sensitive to stakeholder field
-Demonstrate effective, constructive cooperation in cross-sector teams
-Handle conflicts & set priorities, while aware of sub cultures

-Able to challenge IT on the solutions they propose
