IntroductionIn
ASML’s Research department, new concepts and applications are being invented and designed for future markets of lithography and metrology in various fields of semiconductor manufacturing. In the area of sensors and metrology, innovative approaches for sensor data processing and parameter inference are being generated within the framework of machine learning.
Job Mission
Execute high-level research with application to supervised machine-learning (ML) for parameter inference from sensor signals.
Job Description
This research position is directed towards machine-learning for sensor signal processing. The research will be carried out within a multi-disciplinary project-team with clear ambitions and tasks.
Education
PhD in Computer Science or alike, with a specialization in Machine learning. Additional expertise in the area of computational modeling is a pre.
Experience
We are looking for an enthousiastic researcher with a few years of experience in application of machine learning for parameter inference, preferably in the area of sensor signal processing.
