Your mission is to bring business value through collaborative solutions for our internal and external customers, suppliers and other 3rd party contractors in order to make them more productive. You will be the thought and technology leader who understands and follows the Microsoft collaboration and workplace ecosystem, whether those services are delivered On Premise, in a hybrid On Premise/Cloud or pure Cloud solution. You will set the direction for improving and extending the global IT Workplace and Collaboration services for ASML worldwide.

Job Description
As an IT – Microsoft 365 / Collaboration Subject Matter Expert, you will fulfill a key role to translate our business demand into supportable IT Workplace and Collaboration services. ASML IT operates in a high demanding, fast moving, dynamic environment. We encourage our employees to think, invent and explore in their activities. You must be able to intake customer demands, and translate them to a technical and functional implementation to improve existing or bring new collaborative solutions.Main responsibilities of this role are:
-Analyze and align current and upcoming Microsoft (365) Collaborative services with ASML business strategies and technical and functional fit;
-Configuration and implementation of Microsoft collaboration services; new and existing services.
-Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects and other stakeholders to develop the Workplace and Collaboration service strategy and roadmap;
-Advice business users in their questioning how-to make best use of the ASML collaboration platform to support business processes;
-Provide subject matter expertise for the Microsoft (365) Collaborative services in support of business projects;
-Validate and provide advice and guidance on issues and escalations related to the service operations and performance;
-Delivering and maintaining HLD, LLD and architecture documentation;

Education
-Bachelor level Information Technology or similar.
-Strong focus, knowledge and proven track record of the Microsoft Collaboration domain (5+ years), especially Microsoft 365 (3+ years), is a must. Experience with Azure is a pre.
-At least 10 years of relevant experience with the Microsoft collaboration platform and technologies.
-Relevant work experience in enterprise organization(s);
-Knowledge of scripting and programming, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript;
-Knowledge and experience with Hybrid Microsoft platforms (e.g. SharePoint) is a pre;
-Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Search in all its aspects is a pre (e.g. promoting results, implement external result sources, implement and optimize results, hybrid and configuring search)
-Experience with Scrum, Agile, and DevOps is a prePersonal skillsFurthermore, the following personal skills are required:
-Analytical;
-Taking and driving ownership;
-Show initiative, creativity and problem solving attitude;
-Customer-First mindset and attitude

This includes generic collaboration and communication services delivered and utilized throughout ASML. The O&I Workplace and Collaboration team is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining these collaboration services. The team adheres to the Agile principles and operates in a Scrum/DevOps way of working.The IT – Microsoft 365 / Collaboration Subject Matter Expert reports to the Sr. Manager Workplace & Collaboration.
