Introduction
The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites.If you want to work closely with our customers providing on-site technical knowledge while installing, repairing, maintaining & improving our machines in the field, and also advising & training our customers in use and maintenance of our products then you’ll find a challenging opportunity at ASML Ireland.
Job Mission
The mission of the Ireland Customer support Service team is to enable our customers to meet their customer requirements, taking local ownership to ensure ASML equipment delivers the required quality wafer output. Your role as part of this team will be to provide expert technical service & support to both NXT and XT platform products.Your primary role will be to support our local customer based in Leixlip, Ireland however travel flexibility is also a requirement as the role can involve working in diverse international locations.
Job Description
Education
Position requires a 3rd Level Qualification in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
Experience
A Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, relevant software etc.
Ideally candidates will have ASML training & experience working on XT / NXT platforms, with field support experience an advantage.

In preparation for the Leixlip site startup and sustainng support, an extended support assignment may be required in other international customer facilities to build experience on customer process, way of working, startup preparation, technical knowledge development etc.The position requires the ability to support Shift based working schedules including weekend / nights support - in which case applicable shift allowances and overtime allowances applyExpectation is that CSE Team will spend the majority of their work time located in the clean room.
