We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with project management experience to join our Continuous Improvement team. In this position you support our Supply Chain Product Lifecycle department towards operational excellence to drive improvements in the Supply Chain of ASML. In addition, you will be part of a team with ambitious Supply Chain Experts.

Job Description
In this job you report to the SC PLM Manager Continuous Improvement and Operational
Support.Supply Chain Product Lifecycle Management (SC PLM) manages the Supply Chain
phase-in and phase-out of ASML products.
You will:
-Drive improvement projects for the supply chain department of ASML
-Work with PLM process owners to gather and translate requirements, use cases and prototypes into analytic solutions (reporting, data analysis, workflow tools or process mining)
-Analyze and document as-is state, to-be state, and the functionality required to bridge any gap
-Be part of SCM Excellence Functional analysts community – with representatives of other SCM subsectors – to continuous improve our way of working in the field of Business intelligence.
-Support in developing easy and quick solutions for day-to-day challenges to become a lean organization.
-Support in breakthrough way of working solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency of our teams
-Train our SC PLM teams in existing and newly created IT solutions and in the use of generic supporting tools.

Experience
-Experience in process development and IT related automation of processes,
-Experience with SAP ECC / HANA
-Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders
-Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g. TIBCO/Spotfire, SQL,Qliqsense)
-5+ years work experiencePersonal skills-Team player who can work cross functionally
-Strong analytical skills and structure problem solving
-Experience in planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment
-Continuous improvement orientated - lean manufacturing or green belt accreditation preferable
