Introduction
Customer support, CS, is to provide quality service for all needs from end user

Job Mission
To support customers’ needs for all machine
issues related to down case, yield loss, performance improvement, and roadmap
of next generation

Job Description
· 24 hours support model and work in shifts/mostly located at customer site
· Perform daily customer activities for an assigned customer base, including machine maintenance, schedule and un-schedule work /upgrade, data analysis, and tools / parts
arrangement
· Providing reports and specialized analyses directly to customers
· Support company project to reach quality service
· Escalation of customer’s request for critical issues
· Internal system enhancements and development
· Cross department cooperation and support


 

Customer Support Engineer Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s degree or above of department of science and engineering related Experience Freshman is welcome, experienced in semiconductor industry is a plus

Personal skills· 
English ability of listening, specking, reading, and writing is required
· Microsoft skill of word/ excel / power point is must
· Good communication with others and team work
