Job Mission
Ensure ASML products are produced, picked, packed, shipped to and installed in customers site, meeting all sales order demands in order to achieve high customer satisfaction levels, while CS and Sales are informed about all logistic (non)conformances and the expected solution. Introduce, produce and deliver leading edge lithographic systems, related products and services in a continuously changing market, on time, against competitive cost, with quality exceeding customers’ expectation
Job Description
Commercial products:
Plan and Control timely production of all commercial upgrades and accessories.
Monitor the MRP parameters.
Handle all Software key requests. Receive request, check validity and send out keys.
Deliveries:
-Ensure accurate, timely ASML and ASML SA shipments in order to achieve and maintain high ASML delivery performance levels.
-Take pro-active actions to prevent any backorders, give an accurate overview, and ensure delivery when materials become available.
-Check Sales orders on logistical parameters & potential backorders and advice Sales of needed alterations.
-Receive, investigate and solve all material related Install Complaints to ensure a smooth Install. Reporting:
Ensure a actual configuration administration and information of the delivered orders in SAP and Intranet.
Inform with each shipment all relevant departments on delivery status of the product, backorders and expected delivery dates.
Coordination & process-control:
-Ensure that information and material-flows are handled according to regular processes and plans. Solve deviations/disruptions quickly.
-Initiate improvements and participate in projects to improve and optimize cross-sector business processes.
-Coordinate Release for Volume of new commercial products.
Education
Higher vocational education with 5 years experience. Academic starter or equivalent experience.
Experience & Personal Skills
-HBO level of working
-Knowledge/experience on HBO level in technical abilities
-Affinity/experience with integral logistic information systems (ERP)
-Logistic know-how and experience
-Experience in problem-analyses of products and processes
-Being in control, taking initiative, goal-getter, accurate, strong communication skills, handling pressure well, service-minded, teamplayer, persistent, independent, pragmatic, no 9 to 5 mentality
