The 5S+1 coordinator contributes and facilitates to the 5s+1 improvement programs in order to create a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking that leads to empowerment of people, elimination of waste and improvement of safety, quality, service and cost reduction.The 5S+1 coordinator monitors and analyses quantitative and qualitative audit results and develops and communicates metrics for measurement of continuous improvement.
Job Description
We are looking for a energetic person who has strong communion-skills, is persistent and is interested in continuous improvement in general. You will be responsible for:
- 5S+1 audits at all D&E and Research locations in the Netherlands (cleanroom and technical areas)
- Reporting and monitoring the 5S+1 audit results
- Development and improvement of auditing and reporting tooling.
- Improvement of 5S+1 training materials and methods within D&E.
- Supporting 5S+1 improvement actions allover D&E.
- First point of contact for 5S+1 questions.
Education
Bachelor - Logistics
Bachelor – TechnicalExperience There are limited constraints on working experience. The following items are a pre:
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM.
- Knowledge of ASML logistic processes
- Knowledge of SAP, Planon, Excel
