For our organization in Loriol (26) France we are looking for a:
Sales Manager
Who is able to drive our business of pre-insulated piping systems and technical insulation forward to achieve our ambitious goals and to meet the increasing demand for sustainable and energy efficient solutions. In this key role you are leading the sales force consisting of 2 sales representatives, 2 technical sales engineers and 7 agents. Together with the financial manager you are responsible for the results and strategy of Thermaflex France and southwest Europe.

Your qualifications:
You have a proven track record of being successful in sales management roles in the technical insulation industry and/or construction with a minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
This position involves significant travel within France, a good command of French and English and an educational background in preferably business administration, engineering or chemistry.
Above all; you are an energetic, target driven team player who wants to get the job done and drives the team to an outstanding sales performance.
