This is the role
As the Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) in Eastman’s Advanced Automotive Interlayers Business, you serve as Eastman’s sales leader to drive customer strategy and lead the cross-business global account team in generating growth and value creation for the customer and Eastman. You lead with strategic customers who are global in nature. To effectively accomplish this, the GKAM develops account strategies, translates strategies into tactical plans and prioritized opportunities, provides guidance and alignment to the team and leads engagement with the customer. As a natural networker, you have an intimate understanding of customer’s products, processes, and operations – allowing you to address their needs more precisely and execute the joint value creation relationship between Eastman and our strategic global accounts.
