Process Engineer Job Description

• analyzing and improve the existing process in the frame of a challenge of operational excellence program;
• introducing new process and technologies for the competitiveness improvement of the production unit, including the development of cost, saving initiatives through process design, assistance to start up and performance demonstration;
• performing and participating in plant/process and technology validation and process HAZOP review;
• dealing with studies of improvement, capacity extension, stream factor improvement actions, putting it in compliance projects;
• contribute to improve the performance of existing installations or revamp existing sections or designing new ones, in close contact with Production Manager and his staff, reacting to their input or challenging them proactively identifying areas of improvement.

Process Engineer Job Requirements

• master degree in Chemical Engineering (5 years course);
• first working experience or with a limited experience in a Chemical sector site, max 2/3 years;
• good in English and Italian verbal and written, other language is a plus;
• higly motivated to process optimization task;
• working proactively with strong orientation to the results and teamwork spirit;
• good communication skills, ability to establish positive personal relationship in a quite complex organization.

• Entry level (0 to 2 years).
