Academy Assistant – Trainings Administrator Job Description

• Create and manage course schedules for open training programs
• All planning related tasks, such as location planning and sending invitations to trainees
• Handle planning of trainers
• Administer the completed training activities of trainees
• Track certification, communicating exam results and arranging certificates
• Keep track of all administrations in the BWise Learning Center (administrative system)
• Manage the Academy mailbox
• Handle all calls and mails from customers, partners and employees
• Provide input on training progress to project manager
• Handle all system related Academy planning activities such as allocating resources to project
• Align with regional project managers and business operation teams on planning and administration

Academy Assistant – Trainings Administrator Job Requirements

• Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Experience Required: 1 to 2 years.
• Prior experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) would be considered as an advantage
• Advanced computer skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, quality, and continuous improvement
• Strong attention to details
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Must be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team
