Your department
Vanderlande Worldwide Shared Services is a department that aims to deliver high-quality and professional administrative services for Vanderlande Industries across the globe.

Your challenge
Within the Business Scenario Procure-to-Pay we are currently looking for a teamleader Accounts Payable for the Vanderlande organization in Veghel, reporting to the Business Scenario manager P2P.
The responsibilities of the Accounts Payable team include a.o.
• Process and pay supplier invoices using Tungsten Workflow as per agreed upon SLA
• Process and pay Expense reports in MobileXpense as per agreed upon SLA
• Processing salary payments
• Actively monitoring and maintaining the A/P suspense accounts in JD Edwards e.g. voucher logging, invoices to be received
• Monthly reporting and analysis of KPI, PI and deliverables
• Cashflow planning in Bellin
• Period end reporting under IFRS and J-SOX
Core tasks
• Hiring, training, coaching , periodic review and appraisal team 9 FTE
• Coordinate the daily activities of the A/P team
• Coach/Support them in addressing complex and/or international issues
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with our One Way of Working
• Solve bottlenecks and issues in the department
• Anticipate challenges and changes and report these. Prevent surprises.
• Close cooperation with the BSM P2P
• Provide support to colleagues where possible, accept support where it is offered
• Assist your colleagues on your strong points to improve them in their role
Your profile
• A higher professional education, HBO or university degree, in Business Economics, Accountancy or equivalent
• 10+ years of proven, relevant working experience in an international (project) organization in an A/P management position of teams between 5-10 fte
• Ability to think in terms of processes and acknowledge the complexity of an A/P process in a project organization
• Good communication and coaching skills
• Pragmatic, good sense of priorities and able to work under pressure
• Experience with ERP solutions, classic or cloud, and A/P automation (e-invoicing, scan/capture, workflow
• Good command of the English language, both in writing and verbal
• Good analytical skills, solid Excel skills
• Mobility, willingness to travel (10-20%)
