This is the Role
As Senior Technical Account Manager you will maintain, develop and grow our Animal Nutrition business in the Northern Territory (Scandinavia, Denmark, Finland and Eastern Europe). Focused on Nutritionists at main integrators and Feed Mills, you will be responsible for identifying and closing (New) Business opportunities with new and existing customers. As a successful Senior Technical Account Manager, you have a deep understanding of how to cultivate a network of relationships across the value chain beyond procurement. You will actively seek collaboration with internal stakeholders like Technology, Business and Marketing to lead and drive growth projects.
In pursuit of the targets for growth, you identify and prioritize current customers and prospects, preparing a Territory Management Plan to organize face-to-face meetings with key contacts from which sustainable relationships and business opportunities are developed and maintained. From these interactions, you discover unmet needs and match these with Eastman solutions. You will be traveling significantly (50%) to meet and engage with existing and potential customers at all levels.

You are a result oriented Technical Sales professional with a relentless drive and a bias for action. As our customers first point of contact you will interface with different stakeholders and cultures. Furthermore, you bring a highly-developed commercial acumen, technical capabilities, contracting experience and strong communication and collaboration skills. Insights and knowledge into the monogastrics market would be preferred.
This is what you bring
· Bachelor degree qualified in Animal Nutrition
· Minimum of 5 years of technical commercial experience in the animal nutrition;
· Fluent communication skills in English, other European languages such as Russian would be ideal;
· Proven track record in developing business;
