R&D Engineer Job Description

Main missions:
 
-Implement New Product Development projects as project leader ; input & update WEGO data, formulation development, lead of customer approval, prepare Tollgate passage

-Implement Product Customization projects; formulation development, lead of customer approval

-Build OPD ideas and incubate OPD program to launch new innovation projects

-Build differentiated expertise in flame retardant solutions, laser marking & corrosion solutions

-Build robust IP portfolio to protect our business against competitors

-Technical support to customers to make them confident on our products and solutions  

-Technical support to production for industrialization of new products and key quality issues

R&D Engineer Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

Initial training : 
Master degree in Polymer or Material Science and Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from University or Engineering School

Professional experience : 
At least 5 years in polyamide formulation development is preferred

Technical skills : 
Good understanding of plastic materials evaluation & processing, FR formulation
DOE (Design of Experiment) for formulation development

Languages : 
Fluent in English for global communication
