Your responsibilities as a Manager Operational Excellence (f/m)
- Realize challenging projects as operational consultant in an international environment
- Implement and optimize project-based designs for our production and administration units
- Analyse processes (VSM, Swimlane) and develop solutions to optimize them a in LEAN environment
- Integrate and coach colleagues of all units in the use of programs
Manager Operational Excellence (f/m) Job Requirements
Your profile as a Manager Operational Excellence (f/m)
- University degree in business administration or an engineering discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management and process optimization (i.e. Six-Sigma Black-Level, ERP, Datamining, Celonis, SAP, Cronetworks, MES)
- Experience in applying improvement activities in practice, ideally in the pharma or automotive industry
- Motivation to assume a challenging position within the SCHOTT Group (inter-)nationally after 3 to 5 years
- Communicative leader with very good moderation and presentation skills in English and German language for international meetings worldwide (a second foreign language is highly appreciated)
- Structured working style, , assertiveness, distinctive social competence and open mindset towards changes
