This is the Role
As Key Account Manager, you are fully accountable for the Short, Mid and Long-term Strategy and Development of your Accounts worldwide and for any Regional Accounts you have been assigned to.
You are the reference and the repository of all knowledge related to you customers. You synthesize and make actionable not only Customer Intelligence but also the Market, Competitive and Product Intelligence you co-create with your colleagues within the matrix structure. Through a systematic approach in full collaboration with Product Management, Technology Management, Regional Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management you will communicate and mobilize the different parts of the organization with as aim to maximize the value creation of your territory in the short, mid and long term in a win-win spirit with your customers.
This is who you are
You are a Result Oriented, Mature and Strategically Savvy Manager able to communicate successfully with all levels and departments of your Customer going from the Blue Collar on the shop floor to the Executive level. To successful in this role you will need a relentless drive and a bias for action. Furthermore, you bring a highly developed Commercial acumen, Strategic acumen, Technical capabilities, contracting experience and strong Communication and Collaboration skills.
This is what you bring
· Proven track record in the Tires, Automotive or Chemical Business (Resins strongly preferred)
· Proven track record of successfully developing large Accounts.
· You feel comfortable working in a global matrix organization.
· A Technical or Scientific BSc or MSc is preferred. An MBA is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience in the chemical, process or Automotive industry;
· Fluent communication skills in English, other European languages are assets;
