Translate product requirements into software requirements and top level software design. Ensure proper management of system productivity in the entire product line. 

Job Description
The software of ASML's Yield- Star product line is defined and designed by a team of 6 experienced product architects. In this position you will be part of that team. You will focus on one of the products and you will assume responsibility for the productivity aspect of all systems. Together you make sure the top level designs of the products are in line with the short term and long term business targets. 

ASML - Software Product Architect Job Requirements

MSc or BSc in software engineering. 10 years of experience in software development and software architecting. 

Experience

• Strong SW architectural background required
• Affinity for and knowledge in system level (Multi-disciplinary) aspects. 
• Affinity system performance: analysis, improvement, budgeting, SW performance analysis, broad knowledge in design patterns, multi- threading and synchronization, computational performance, communication patterns and deployment 
• Budgeting, documenting, modeling skills
• Requirements gathering and management 
• Experience in working with mechanical, electronics, physics disciplines as well as understanding the basic concepts of those domains is a pre.
• Knowledge in lithography and optics is a pre.

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership capabilities in a large technology oriented company
• Proficient in stakeholder management, of stakeholders on levels above, on and below own level.
• Strong ability to influence without power.
