The group EUV Defectivity is responsible for optimizing the system's performance by providing the means and methods to prevent, detect, analyze, predict, control and eliminate particle contamination sources in the scanner. Furthermore, the group must ensure that the designs of the tools and systems are industrializeable.
In the D&E organization, the EUV defectivity group owns the particle contamination control competence and owns the integration cluster for EUV defectivity.
Job Description
Each EUV system as a whole must be such that the particle levels on the reticle, wafers, optics and sensors are according to specification.To achieve this, people from the Defectivity group work in project structures to define, integrate and qualify solutions both in the EUV factory as at customers. The team leader in the defectivity group agrees with the project leaders that the right number of people are allocated to the projects in line with RFF and hires new people if needed.
The team leader ensures that the people have the right skills and experience levels and identifies and closes gaps in the competence. Feedback is given to the people on performance and personal development. The team leader aligns with the group leader on strategic staffing, performance management cycle, RFF, and improvement initiatives. The team leader participates in the competence and integration cluster roadmap activities.
Context of the position
The holder of the position reports to the group leader EUV Defectivity.
Physics, mechanical or chemical engineering. Master level or PhD.
