Performance Support Job Description

Measure business performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators.
Manage performance through root cause analysis, risks/opportunities identification, recommendations in order to enable decision making. Identify/drive improvement projects to reach targeted performance.
Support internal and external best pratices identification & sharing.

• Data collection for BSC results, PDCAs forecast
• Manage procedure for benchmarking and best practices sharing in the plant
• UP-3P implementation (improvements projects tool)
• Work alongside A350 CDTs and Programmes analysis; optimize manufacturing flows, technical specification for new equipment, etc…
• Develop and promote innovation at plant level and ideas corner
• Work on Transfunctional projects in DC: boost competitiveness, Productivity Menu,…

Performance Support Job Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in the required domain
• Chartered Engineer Aeronautical/ Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent;
• Good communication skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving;
• Strong Spanish and English skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team;
• Good leadership skills
• Proactive, problem solving and decision making
• Assertiveness
