Your department
Vanderlande is a growing international company, worldwide known for its innovative material handling systems in Warehousing, Parcels and Baggage handling.The service organisation of Vanderlande consists of more than 1.600 employees who every day work together to make sure that all of our customers worldwide can improve their business.Within Vanderlande, Customer Centre Spain is responsible for sales and execution of projects and services at our customers in Spain and Latin America. The Service Sales Engineer supports the Service team by preparing service solutions and leading the quotation process.
Your position
The Service Sales Engineer is responsible for the quality and production of the service proposals to our customers. The service proposals include assets and logistic services, executed by support contracts and site based solutions including full maintenance and operations services, spare parts, hotlines, maintenance visits and process optimisation.
The Service Sales Engineer reports to the Manager Services. The Service Sales Engineer will work closely together with the Service Contract Coordinator and the Sales department. Key responsibilities of the Service Sales Engineer are:
