In the position of Service Contract Manager you are the linking pin and you can create an added value for our customers and the Vanderlande service organisation.
Your position
As Service Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple customer service contracts in an international setting. You are the sparring partner of our customers having in-depth knowledge of their business with the goal to improve our customers’ competitive positions in a rapidly changing environment of Airport, Warehouse Automation and Parcel & Postal business. With this customer contact, you should be able to identify and generate opportunities beneficial for both the customer and Vanderlande. You main tasks will be:
Your profile
As Service Contract Manager you will be in frequent contact with both internal and external customers building a long-term relationships. It is essential that you have good communication skills so you understand the client and Vanderlande's operational processes. You also have good negotiation skills and are able to convince others to do what is best for our customers.
