Your Challenge
Your main target is to solve and prevent quality problems for in- and external customers. To achieve this you are able to perform product-and process analysis, audits and data analysis. You are able to define and lead improvement projects within a multidisciplinary team. You understand the importance of working with and influencing stakeholders in and outside your department and company. You are able to build a relation with suppliers and customers without losing your ability to focus on business risk and result. Your strength is to oversee the whole picture with maintaining attention for detail. You know how to work with LEAN/SIX Sigma methods, 8D (problem solving method) and PPAP (New Product Introduction). You are able to perform in- and external audits and assessments. Communication and interview skills are key. The function requires drive and initiative. Key is a pro-active attitude focused on preventing problems and learning from previous mistakes.
Your Department
You are reporting to the Groupleader Quality Assurance. The Quality Assurance Department in Veghel exists of 8 Quality Professionals, additional several Quality Engineers who work in other regions of the world.

Your Profile
• Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1-5 years’ experience in an international manufacturing environment
• Green Belt (Lean, 6sigma), Certified Auditor (or willing to follow training)
• Customer oriented, drive to improve, teamplayer
• Experience with Problemsolving methods (8D) and New Product Introductions (e.g. PPAP)
• Analytical – able to perform statistical analysis
• Experience in a production environment is considered as an advantage
• Able to set the standard without losing your pragmatism
• The function requires the willingness to travel internationally (appr.25%)
