Senior Supply Chain Coordinator – Logistical Support Job Description

Your department
The Spare Parts department is globally responsible for marketing, procurement, sales, planning and delivery of Vanderlande material handling Spare Parts. The department is part of the Global Services business unit and consists of three teams:

• Logistical Support, your new team, responsible for the order fulfilment process of Spare Parts.
• Product & Marketing, responsible for product management and master data
• Sales Support, providing day-to-day operational support to various Customer Centers across the globe in terms of sales, order-entry and customer service

• Inventory-management for several product-categories
• Operational purchasing spare parts and related administration
• Manage supplier-performance for assigned supplier-base
• Act as a sparring partner and create relationships with internal departments and external suppliers
• Handle escalations effectively, proper stakeholder management
• Act as project lead for (process-) improvements.

Senior Supply Chain Coordinator – Logistical Support Job Requirements

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or similar
• You have working experience (5 years), besides specific inventory/supplier management skills you have a mature level of overall Supply Chain knowledge
• Experience with ERP-systems and Inventory management tools (preferably Slim4)
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and drives for continuous improvements
• You stimulate cooperation within the supply chain, yet remain to be focussed on the actual result
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, preferably also German
