This insight is essential, because it will enable you to correctly align targets with personalities and thereby optimize your team's day-to-day performance. You will also need a vision of what will be required in the near future.
This will enable you to set-out and navigate a roadmap of required expertise and thereby ensure that ASML will continue to push the boundaries of software development in years to come. Job Description
You will manage the development of software quality solutions by leading a team of quality engineers. You will have frequent interaction with customers and also with partners outside ASML.
But most importantly, you will optimize the contribution of each member of your team by focusing and building on each member's individual strengths.
Main responsibilities
University level degree in science, software background preferred.
Experience
At least 10 years of experience in developing software solutions in an industrial production environment.
A profound engineering background, combined with several years of hands-on project management. Proven track record in software quality assurance.
