The position of Project Leader Engineering will give you the opportunity to work on interesting, international projects together with a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
Because of our increasing amount of projects in France, we are looking for a French speaking Project Leader.
Your position
As Project Leader Engineering you'll be responsible for leading one or more multidisciplinary projects. You'll plan and lead the achievement of the defined project goals, managing time, quality, costs and functionality, and identifying and capitalising on synergies between projects.
You'll also advise and guide both the customer and the Project Manager on system functionality and project goals. You proactively identify project risks and you know how to make optimum use of and further develop the skills of the project team members. You assess sales tenders and advise the sales department.
Of course you keep up-to-date with developments in the field, you introduce new working methods and make improvement proposals for cross‑project problems and process improvements at departmental level.
