Lead Developer USG People Portals Job Description

You will be working within an Agile team and also facilitate the role of Scrum Master within the team.  You are responsible for development of the portals by building them new functionalities. All aspects of development (including management) are also included. You work with the .NET framework using the latest technologies available on Azure.

You will work closely with the product owners of the business but also with the other units within IT Services. Within the scrum team the real decisions are made, so you have a lot of freedom and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• You develop along with other .NET Developers in the scrum team the different portals like n Unique and Start People
• The entire lifecylce (from concept and design to implementation, management and bug fixing and by development) also falls under your responsibility
•  As a developer, you are the technical advisor of the Product Owner. You come together to good technical solutions to business problems or opportunities
• You give meaning to your role as a senior by advising the team on the technical architecture, connectivity and integration with external systems and API’s. Think of an Identity Provider, systems in which customers and employees implement time tracking, back office and CRM applications
• In your role as a Scrum Master you ensure that the team can work comfortably and productively. You will ensure that the agile procedures are followed, meetings are scheduled and removes the impediments to
• You are, of course, and stay informed of the latest developments and trends in (C#/NET) and share your knowledge with other developers in your own and other scrum teams.

Lead Developer USG People Portals Job Requirements

Skills:

• Master or Bachelor degree
• At least 7 years of experience as a webdeveloper in the  .NET Framework with  MVC and MVC WebApi
• You are critical and from a constructive dialogue you not will shy away
• C# and Visual Studio have no secrets for you
• Thorough knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript
• You have experience with Windows Server and IIS
• Experience with Javascript libraries and frameworks like Angular, React of jQuery
• Sense of Architecture
• Experience with integrating external systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in setting up TFS/VSTS
• Experience as Scrum master and you like to motivate and coach colleagues
• Knowledge and experience with  Azure PaaS
