Senior Function Architect (m/f) Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Function Architect (f/m) in the field of autonomous
driving and safety systems. Your challenging tasks will range from analysing the requirements of innovative and
future-oriented functions of autonomous driving, to developing a function architecture and designing a
technical architecture. In an excellent disciplinary team, you will develop:

• Optimal solutions with the aim of forming the cutting edge of future systems for autonomous driving.
• In doing so, you will act as a link between those responsible for functions, and the vehicle wiring system and software architects.
• Furthermore you will define concrete functional building blocks, including interfaces of external and internal developments in the function network and you will define architecture premises and scaling levels for the function development team.
• Your thrilling range of activities will be topped off by the joint design of interfaces for autonomous driving in the vehicle wiring system in addition to the definition of a sustainable architecture for new and futureoriented systems for autonomous driving.

Senior Function Architect (m/f) Job Requirements

You should have:

• University degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• In-depth professional experience in the domain of embedded software development.
• Extensive experience with the design of automotive electrical/electronic architectures.
• Excellent software engineering knowledge (UML, OOAD, etc.).
• Competence in AUTOSAR.
• Knowledge of requirements management.
• Series experience in the automotive field and overall vehicle understanding.
• Business-fluent English, German would be an advantage.
• Structured approach to work.
• Assertiveness and persuasion ability.
