As Process manager you manage the quality of IT processes and enforce continuous improvements. You are responsible for continuous measurement and reporting of the IT processes. You will implement and secure improvement initiatives. You will be striving for operational excellence by implementing extensive improvement programs to boost quality and reliability, to reduce costs and to minimize risks into the day-to-day operations. IT infrastructure and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML's internal and external activities. ASML IT has defined a Management Process Framework across their infrastructure and applications to continuously improve its operational excellence. You will get enthusiastic about managing overall Operational Level Agreements across Internal and External Service Providers.Besides this the following challenges are waiting for you:
- Creating alignment and structure the ITIL processes, focus on the shore term will be configuration management
- Defining and executing roadmaps;
- Functional application management of IT processes and tools, ServiceNow experience is a pre;
- Conducting training on all IT processes.
- Identifying service improvements and delivering high quality responses.
You will be working closely with Process Owners, Configuration Management and other senior Process Managers.
Context of the position ASML ITThe IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML's internal and external activities.A sub-department within the IT organization is the Competence Center Operations & infrastructure (O&I). This Competence Center provides all IT support services. This includes generic IT infrastructure services like laptops and desktops, telecom services, network and datacenters for which we ensure that these services are running in an optimal way and we look at innovating the services. We also support the IT applications that are used at ASML.
ASML - IT - junior/medior Process Manager Job Requirements
Education
- Minimum Bachelor degree in (Computer) Science;
- ITIL V3 Certified Service Manager is an important preference;
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a preference.
Experience- At least 2 years of relevant experience as Process Manager or in a similar position is a must;
- Experience in implementing improvement in IT processes;
- Knowledge of general ITSM and version control is a pre;
- Experience in a large international and multicultural environment;
- Experience and understanding of Scrum/Agile methodology;
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills are a must.
Personal skills - Ambitious and energetic;
- Self-driven, pro-active and resourceful;
- Capable to manage own workload according to deadlines as well as on a day to day basis;
- Understanding the needs of the internal or external customer and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions;
- Able to work to deadlines and balance multiple competing priorities in a fast paced digital environment;
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities.
