Quality Process Improvement (QPI) Business Line (BL) DUV is the internal partner to ensure the BL delivers quality solutions in an efficient and effective way to optimize both the P/L bottom-line and customer satisfaction.

Job Description
As (Senior) Quality Manager for DUV you will be responsible to support the Innovation & Industrialization departments and the Product Development Programs of ASML in managing the critical product quality risks, continuously improving their processes realizing their Quality objectives.Main responsibilities are:

• Translate customer view on quality into concrete improvements (product and/or process) within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and to strengthen the competitive position in the market.
• Defines and gets agreement with stakeholders and project sponsors on required product- process or competence assessments / support.
• Leads project teams / executes analysis on process and/or product quality risks, identifies improvements, supports implementation and secures consolidation in the sectors.

ASML - Quality Manager Business Line DUV Job Requirements

We prefer a Master degree (MBA or MSc) plus a certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt (is a must have) next to relevant quality experience.

Experience
You have an extensive experience in Quality improvement programs (at least 5 years) including customer driven improvements within a high tech business to business environment. You have extensive experience in leading complex quality process improvement projects in a high tech environment. You are able to steer cross functional teams to execute quality improvement actions.

• Strong leadership: excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work across all levels of the organization with an open attitude.
• Strong communication skills, good listener, with the ability to present information verbally and in written format.
• Flexible and team orientated.
• You have good social skills and people management skills.
• You are innovative, divergent and have strong analytical thinking skills.
• You are able to manage complex relationships between various professional disciplines. Occasional travel maybe needed.
