The Laser on Droplet department is part of the EUV (Extreme Ultra Violet) Business Line in ASML. Its challenge is to develop, deliver, integrate and qualify High Power laser systems that make EUV happen. This job requires more than only excellent analytical skills, you also need to have the leadership to inspire, convince and motivate others.
Job Mission
Our mission is to develop, deliver, integrate and qualify high power laser systems until proven for high volume manufacturing at our customers. As Quality and Reliability engineer you will be challenged to deliver a significant contribution to improve the Availability of these high power lasers which are part of the EUV sources in the Field and Factory machines. Your personal talents will also be used to improve the Quality awareness and effectiveness in the Laser on Droplet organization.
Job Description
Your contribution in this challenging and dynamic environment is to :
• Gather relevant availability data from the Field and Factory machines and define templates to keep track on the analyzed data
• Guide and support the project teams in analyzing the data
• Use the analyzed data to create overviews, Pareto’s, Trend charts, ect.
• Report the results to all relevant stakeholders (Senior management, Marketing, Customer Support, etc)
• Actively support the projects to generate Availability solutions and roadmaps. Monitor the realized Availability improvements and act on the eventual gaps to close the loop
• Improve the Quality awareness and effectiveness
• BSc, MSc with focus on reliability engineering
• Black Belt certificate is a must
Experience
• Experienced in reliability engineering / Quality professional
• Experience in a multidisciplinary environment is an advantage
