Project Engineer Electrical Instrumentation Job Description

Job description:

• You determine the equipment, starting from a PID.
• In cooperation with the Process Engineer can create a description on the operation of the plants, choose equipment and place your orders.
• You are responsible for the detailed engineering of the present low-voltage panels and field equipment, testing equipment, contact with suppliers, monitoring and finishing parts of a project and sets parameters.
• You organize safety studies of the equipment (HAZOP, ATEX, CE, SIL). You make a specification and is involved in the technical discussions with the purchase of equipment.
• The programming of PLCs is not part of the job.
• This feature also implies short assignments to foreign countries, mainly France.

Project Engineer Electrical Instrumentation Job Requirements

Profile description:

• You have a Bachelor or Master in industrial sciences or equivalent experience.
• A first experience in electrical, measurement and control technologies, networks, drawing technical diagrams, drawing in EPLAN is an advantage.
• You are a real team player and are flexible.
• You have attention to detail and are set result-oriented.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, English and German have notions.
