Your mission is to further build on the fundamentals of our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System – and build the perfect structure of overarching principles and policies for other EHS professionals to populated, work and thrive within. You will need to write down the vision of what EHS stands for, and what it means to everyone at ASML. You will need to write down the underlying rules and guidelines in broad brushstrokes so that your EHS colleagues can fill in the details according to their needs. You will need to conduct internal assessments and accompany external audits. And you will need the leadership skills to inspire key people to share and work towards that vision.This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who is eager to put their EHS knowledge and ideas to work and make a lasting difference. You will be part of the Corporate EHS team responsible for building, shaping, and revolutionizing the future of EHS at ASML on a global level. You will report to the Corporate Competence lead EHS.

• Conceive, develop and maintain a new corporate EHS Management System based on global standards such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001
• Writing corporate EHS minimum requirements and directives for ASML
• Performing and coordinating internal and external EHS audits
• Defining where, when, why and how “Best-in-class” areas must be achieved
• Up to eight weeks per year travelling globally

ASML - EHS Management Systems Expert Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor degree in EHS Studies or Master in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management (MOHSE).

• 8 to 10 years in EHS preferably in a business-to-business (high-tech, low-volume) environment
• Proven expert in project management

• Good communicator and team player
• Good verbal and written English language skills
• Ability to stay focused on long-term goals even in non-optimum circumstances
• Willingness to travel (10-15% of total time at max 1-2 weeks per travel)
