ASML is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of chip-making equipment.
Our vision is to enable affordable microelectronics that improve the quality of life.
To achieve this, our mission is to invent, develop, manufacture and service advanced technology for high-tech lithography, metrology and software solutions for the semiconductor industry.
ASML's guiding principle is continuing Moore's Law towards ever smaller, cheaper, more powerful and energy-efficient semiconductors. This results in increasingly powerful and capable electronics that enable the world to progress within a multitude of fields, including healthcare, technology, communications, energy, mobility, and entertainment.
Your mission is to further build on the fundamentals of our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System – and build the perfect structure of overarching principles and policies for other EHS professionals to populated, work and thrive within. You will need to write down the vision of what EHS stands for, and what it means to everyone at ASML. You will need to write down the underlying rules and guidelines in broad brushstrokes so that your EHS colleagues can fill in the details according to their needs. You will need to conduct internal assessments and accompany external audits. And you will need the leadership skills to inspire key people to share and work towards that vision. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who is eager to put their EHS knowledge and ideas to work and make a lasting difference. It is also a highly challenging and highly demanding position, but one that comes with equally highly satisfying rewards, respect and sense of achievement. You will be part of the Corporate EHS team responsible for building, shaping, and revolutionizing the future of EHS at ASML on a global level. You will report to the Corporate Competence lead EHS.
