ICL is looking for an experienced Manager within production, engineering and/or logistics areas and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English! Are you ready for the next step in your career? 

ICL Specialty Fertilizers has several Production, Sales and R&D centers across the world. With high-quality controlled release fertilizers such as Osmocote ®, Sierrablen ®, Sportsmaster and Agroblen ® and water soluble fertilizers such as Peters and Agroleaf Power, ICL SF plays a leading role in the ornamental horticulture, professional turf and specialty agriculture markets.

ICL SF employs more than 800 people internationally. We supply innovative fertilizers of high quality to a very specialized market of nursery & greenhouse growers, sportsfields and vegetable and fruit crops. With a field force of over 200 people in close contact with our distributor partners, growers and end-users ICL SF has a unique position.

Your Position & Responsibilities
As Production Manager Coating you will be responsible for the following activities for Everris International
B.V. :

• Manage and achieve targets and goals of the Production Coating department: resources, tools, budget, performance, efficiencies, legal and company EHSS aspects;
• Direct, manage, develop and review all employees (18-25) of the department: daily responsibility of functioning and overall goal settings and evaluations throughout the year;
• Achieve and set targets, report and reduce costs. Identify and correct material and capacity constraints;
• Budget control and performance indicators: define, control and monitor;
• Optimize production plan in cooperation with the Manager Planning and Fulfillment, Manager Distribution;
• Participate in management meetings, optimize communication to internal and external customers.
• Contributor in and manager of multidisciplinary dept./ site project teams.

Production Manager Coating (Dutch) Job Requirements

Your Profile & Knowledge
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person with:

• Education on college or academic level, preferably holds a master degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5 Years of relevant management experience in a comparable positions within production, engineering and/or logistics areas;
• Project management capacities; experienced in leading engineering and improvement (LEAN) projects
• Has the ability to drive change through his team, having a proven ability to motivate personnel at all levels within the organisation.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and with various functions inside and outside the Everris/ICL Organization;
• Pro-active, hands-on personality and leading by example. Persuasiveness, stress immunity, delegation ability;
• Strong communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English (verbally and in writing);
• A passion for driving results, flexible and customer oriented;
