The position:
In this position you will be communicating a lot with other departments to develop the best ink recipe in terms of robustness, process ability and quality. You get energy from working in the lab as a lot of your time you will be spending there. Planning your activities with other material scientist from other projects and comparing your results to share knowledge is key.
Tasks:
You will be selecting the best components and concentrations for the inks in order to achieve the desired results. When selections are made you will be responsible for the testing of the envisioned solutions in various settings; small scale, to upscale, to industrialization. You will be testing the inks with standard measurement methods for surface tension, viscosity, etc. Once the envisioned solution is achieved you will be the contact to other departments for real commercialization of the ink.
