Who are we looking for?
Talented young professionals and graduates with up to 3 years work experience who hold a University Master's Degree in engineering or science, e.g. Systems & Control, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Power Engineering, Civil Engineering or another technical degree.
What you could do at Shell
You could develop and design technical solutions in a broad, complex manufacturing environment or manage a team. Drilling platforms, refineries, new plants and tankers; they are all developed, built and managed by our engineers, working together in multidisciplinary and international teams. You could, for example, provide first-line mechanical static (pressurised equipment), shore based, maintenance and engineering support, advance process control, process safeguarding and alarm management or you could be troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, designing hardware and software, and monitoring power distribution.
