ASML - Business Architect GreenField SAP Job Description

Facilitate and drive together with a team the (re-)design, build and implementation of the ASML's End-to-End processes and supporting IT infrastructure (SAP), using GreenField approach delivering a Future Mode of Operations (FMO). The FMO GreenField program finalized a Blueprint in 2015 covering material supply to install including supporting processes work prep, planning, service and finance. Outlook is to realize Greenfield prototype 2016 by dedicated core team business and IT.
Results will be shared via monthly demo ‘s to relevant stakeholders.

You'll be part of prototype team working closely together with an experienced senior manager in representing ASML's factories, service and logistics and ensuring the to-be situation, that signifies a considerable and embraced will mean a significant improvement for all stakeholders in the organization. 

Job Description

• End-to-End processes definition and business architecture based on standard solutions and best practices;
• Select best practices most suitable to ASML's business characteristics and needs;
• Analyze impact of new concepts for existing ways of working and determine implementation strategies; Be the linking factor between the IT-system (SAP) and business processes; Gather best practices and think out the impact of new concepts for current way of working; Re-engineer business processes, based on standard solutions and best practices; 
• Facilitate business change aspects like decision making, gather requirements and feedback;
• Set up and facilitate execution of implementation and roll out plans including testing, key user and end user training, shop floor introduction, Test, train and do change management during implementation phase to to ensure a smooth introduction and transition.

Education
Bachelor / Master degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science / Technical Business Administration. / Business-IT Management. 

Experience

• 5-10 years of practical experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of service and processes, including engineering / work preparation,     planning and logistics and services
• Experience with supporting IT -systems and their interaction with business processes in manufacturing the area of production-control (SAP, Teamcenter).
• Preferably experience in system implementation /change management within production -organizations and/ or eager to learn in this area.

• Self-assured, capable of convincing people, also at higher management levels.
• Strong communicator in Dutch (is a MUST) and English with strong presentation skills.
• Consultancy skills.
• Ambitious and with a pro-active, initiating attitude.
• Change-management competencies.
• Ability to plan and set priorities.
• Team worker, good social skills, customer-oriented.
• Think practical on the impact of decisions for end-customer / user.
• Have affinity with IT systems and structures and think in business process modeling terms.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced application software skills, such as presentation, spreadsheet and word processing applications
