You define and contribute to architecture designs for UI and mobile solutions (in close corporation with the mobility solution architect). You are responsible for quality assurance of developments and deployments in the mobility and UX domain.
Job Description
As Technical Solution Specialist SAP Mobility & UI you translate business needs into technical solutions (for example architectural designs and technical designs) which can be implemented within the Mobility Center of Excellence and which comply with the ASML IT standards.
You will support the mobility solution architect and enterprise architect(s) in developing the mobility architecture roadmap, evaluating, investigating on new and future technologies. You have got responsibility in quality assurance of technical designs, UI coding and UI / mobility end-solutions.
Besides this, one of your tasks will be safeguarding that end solutions, implemented by the external IT partner, is in line with our standards and guidelines.
Do you get energized by the following responsibilities?
- Deployment lead of new UI or mobile functionality;
- Contribution in architecture designs, led by Solution architect mobility;
- Monitor and safeguard compliance with architecture and security guidelines in IT mobile/UI changes and projects;
- Timely and clear communication, share information and knowledge.
Context of the position The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and (automation and optimization of) key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML's internal and external activities.
A sub-department within the IT organization is the IT Competence Center Sales & Services. In this Competence Center we capture and fulfill all IT demand from Customer Support, Sales and Marketing divisions and provide technology through projects or changes to our existing application infrastructure. In this Competence Center the Mobile Center of Excellence (MCoE) was founded with initially the main target group being (travelling) service engineers.
The MCoE has expanded its scope now also outside Sales & Service in areas like Operations (the factory) and IT services. The technical solution specialist is reporting to the Solution Team Manager of MCOE.In MCoE we capture and fulfill all UI and mobile app demand from Sales & Service and beyond and provide UX improvements through large-scale projects or programs.
ASML - IT - Technical Solution Specialist SAP Mobility & UI Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
As Technical Solution Specialist you have got at least:
- 3-6 years of experience with UI and mobility technology;
- Proven experience with SAP mobility platform / Netweaver Gateway / Fiori apps and launchpad is a must;
- Proof of experience in mobility implementations (preferably in high-tech environments);
- Detailed knowledge of IT systems supporting UI designing and UI development;
- Strong SAP technical and coding skills in area of mobility and UI5 development;
- Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management integration;
- SAP knowledge in below items is a pre:
- SAP IDE, SAP Build, SAP portal
- SAP/ECC SD, CS, PP, HANA
- Mobile Iron, MDM
- Experience with HP AGM, ALM and UI design tools
- SAP Integration with Microsoft (sharepoint, office 365, intune).
Personal skills- Strong customer focus, result-orientation and commitment to excellence;
- Pro-active personality who can deal with resistance;
- Well-developed consultancy skills combined with hands-on and strong go-getter mentality;
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player;
- Fluent in Dutch and the English language.
