As Service Manager you will be responsible for the ASML Identity & Access Management services (assign-, use- and monitor-access), through-out the entire lifespan.
Job Description
You will act as a hands-on Service Manager that doesn't think only in processes. You will get energy from communication and aligning with ASML IT stakeholders and third parties. Examples about the communication are about the changes/projects in order to set the right expectations or agreeing on the down-time. Can you make them aware about the IAM standards and help them to make use of those standards?
As Service Manager Identity & Access Management you will make sure that the customer requirements are met, from design till operations. The current IAM Services are realized with products like GDS, AD, Net-IQ Accessmanager, RHDS.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Negotiate Service Level Agreements.
Ensuring all processes and underpinning contracts with external suppliers are appropriate, measurable, reported and regularly reviewed (including show-back related to total cost of ownership);
Ensure technology services and infrastructure plans are in place to deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner ;
Management of the lifecycle of all service-affecting problems with the aim of preventing incidents from happening or minimizing their impact;
Involvement during project initiation to provide Service management input and continued involvement through-out the Design and Transition phases.
Activities will include the creation and ongoing ownership of the required Service management deliverables;
Act as a service consultant for potential new demand;
Build and maintain key relationship management with internal and external partners;
Deliver pro-active input into Project Management Process, -Governance and -Documentation improvements.

Context of the position
The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML's internal and external activities.
A sub-department within the IT organization is the Competence Center Operations & infrastructure (O&I). This Competence Center provides all IT support services. This includes generic IT infrastructure services like laptops and desktops, telecom services, network and datacenters for which we ensure that these services are running in an optimal way and we look at innovating the services.
We also support the IT applications that are used at ASML.You will report to the Manager Generic Infra Services within the IT Operations & Infrastructure department.You have got interfaces with the world-wide internal ASML customer, with the various IT internal groups and with external IT service providers and IT vendors.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have got the following experience:
4-8 years of experience in a role as service manager in an international industrial company;
Experienced in interfacing towards employees and managers at all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors and service providers.
Sound knowledge of service management like ITIL and Cobit;
Generic knowledge of Identity & access management solutions is a strong pre;
Proven experience of organizational skills in a working environment.
