Senior Analog Designer / Technical Project Manager (m/f) Job Description

Your Assignment

• Top- and block-level IC development
• Design of analog and mixed-signal components
• Application and advancement of state-of-the-art design methods
• Technical guidance and support of other design and layout engineers and measurement technicians
• Technical responsibility for R&D projects from concept development, circuit development, optimization and verification through to laboratory characterization and production test support
• Organization and implementation of design reviews and tape-out support including necessary sign-off formalities and meetings

• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of measurement technology and statistics
• Knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technology
• Experience in sensor technology or with embedded controllers

Senior Analog Designer / Technical Project Manager (m/f) Job Requirements

Your Profile

• Assertive, performance-oriented personality with the ability to work in a team
• Several years’ experience in top- and block-level IC
• development including circuit development, optimization and verification as well as laboratory characterization and production test support
• Design experience and detailed understanding of analog and mixed-signal components e.g. reference voltage/power sources, amplifiers, A/D converters, D/A converters, LDOs, charge pumps and temperature sensors
• Sound knowledge of state-of-the-art design methods in largely automated circuit development, optimization and verification
• Experience in the supervision and further development of other design and layout engineers and measurement technicians through technical guidance and support
• Experience in the organization and presentation of design reviews and tape outs including the necessary sign-off formalities
• Degree in electrical engineering or physics
• Fluency in written and spoken English, German language appreciated
