You are an engineer with a degree from a technical university with focus on mechanical and dynamic systems.
First experience in onshore or offshore wind energy is complimented by basic knowledge in the use of numerical applications (e.g. FEM or analytical analysis). Basic knowledge of gearbox systems rounds off your profile.
You will use your expertise in the design calculation approval of a gearbox’s mechanical and structural components i.e. bearings, shafts, gears and massive rotating metal parts for onshore and offshore wind turbines. You will visit customer factories for the inspection of gearbox test and manufacturing.
You are fluent in German and English and you can handle MS Office applications. Experience in commercialized numerical simulation tools is desirable.
