Masterdata Administrator (m/f) - Husum Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Departments Service Sales, After-Market Sales and Sales in Service Contract (SC) creation & handling
• Maintaining Masterdata (SCs, customers) at high quality level
• Support Masterdata Analyst in Administration of Service Contract Masterdata Document management related to Service Sales (contracts, change of ownership etc.)
• Service contract management in SAP (creation, changes, prolongation, closure etc.)
• Creation and support in preparation of Pre-calculations, especially for new turbines or contract renewals
• Operational responsibility for and quality control of master data:
• User/anchor for supporting tools in Service Sales
• Point of contact for open questions (internally and externally to Customer Service Administration Department)
• Maintenance and improvement of tracking/planning tools
• Assistance and involvement in development of tools and processes to support Service Sales Organization (internal and external cooperation)

Masterdata Administrator (m/f) - Husum Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Industrial business education (Industriekaufmann/-frau)
• Commercial education
• Several years of experience in this or similar position
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes
• Basic understanding of customers’ invoice approval processes
• Fluent in German and English
• Deeper understanding of reporting, cost and revenue handling
• Didactical skills
• Insight into and development of skills in performance management
• Development of skills in process design
