Develop, maintain and optimize ASML's process framework in line with ASML's strategy and objectives. You will be the process expert and/or process improvement leader in process improvement initiatives and act as Quality interface to specific assigned sectors
Job Description •
Secure or ensure a worldwide consistent quality management system according to the International standard ISO 9001.
Contribute to the definition of the strategy and deploy into the tactics of further professionalization of Business Process Management within ASML. •
Act as one of the Business Process Architects to secure: •
Adherence of the business process designs to Process specification standards, Quality assurance of process designs, and that Process interfaces are consistent, complete and controlled. •
Participate as Process Expert in cross company or corporate process improvement initiatives. •
Identify and lead Process Improvement initiatives by analyzing KPIs status and audit results. •
Develop and establish Business Process Definition policies and objectives in accordance with the strategic corporate objectives and align them to customer requirements and market needs.
Context of the position
The Expertise Manager QPI reports directly to the Director QPI Corporate Program & Processes (CPP) and has internal interfaces on all levels within the organization e.g Sector & Line management, process experts and owners throughout the organization, project team members and Corporate Risk & Assurance department.
• Master degree [MBA or MSc] in Business Process Management & IT or Administration • Certified as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferable Black Belt
Experience•
The ideal candidate must have at least 8-10 years of Business Process Management (BPM) experience.
The experience must be obtained in highly professional, dynamic surroundings. •
Using professional Business Process Mngt tooling, preferable ARIS. •
Clear understanding of how to effect sustainable change in large organizations. •
Ability to effectively challenge [senior] leaders. •
Proficient consultancy skills. •
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written communication skills.

QPI Mission: QPI is the function accountable to create, deploy, and have executed by all sectors the ASML Quality Policy, to continuously increase robustness of processes, products, and services, and ensure customer satisfaction. •
Promote the quality culture of ASML through policies, road map and targets, and build quality competences in the organization •
Drive & coordinate the ASML business process framework, being the process expert •
Standardize & deploy quality procedures & tools, support the operational quality activities (QA, QC) which are responsibility of the sectors •
Monitor customer view on quality and internal quality performance to identify, drive or contribute to improvement projects •
Provide foundation, expertise and support for preventive quality and issue resolution, to reduce waste and support time-to-market
