The Team leader (TL) CS Upgrades directly reports to the Customer Service Uprgrades (CSU) Group leader or a CSU Continental Manager. The Team leader will interface with CS Upgrades staff, CS and Upgrades PLs in the field and Veldhoven. The TL will also have limited internal interface with New Product Introduction (NPI), Development & Engineering (D&E) and local CS field offices as well as external interfaces with customers while onsite.
Job Description
The CSU TL will work with the CS Upgrades staff and PL's to plan and make all necessary preparations for the on-time execution of the upgrades. The group you will manage consists of CS Upgrades Field engineers; CS Upgrades Field Coordinators and Generalists. As team leader you are responsible for ensuring the team members have the right skills and proper development plans.
Your main respnsibilities:
Technical University graduate in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Computer Science.
Experience
Engineers/Supervisors with greater than 5 years' experience in a CS support department for high tech products. Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical, and Ultra Clean Vacuum. Engineers with at least 3 years of ASML micro-lithography system metrology experience with some supervisory and project coordination experience is preferred.
Personal skills - Be able to influence without power of borrowed resources;
