- Joint design of new naval vessels and building packages with the use of pre-engineered design form the product group with use of requirements and valid regulations. (execution and guidance of the whole engineering), this as well as before as after the order is given for one-offs and standard vessels.
- Joint coordination and guidance of project for whole engineering, purchasing of systems and components and subcontracting to third parties.
- Joint guidance of building and ordering process
- To give technical advice to added members of the project team and contractors. For this you explain in general the work to be executed, besides that answering questions and problem solving is an important task.
- Additional you come with proposals for new standard systems and components (product group and standata). You will execute background study on the divers systems, you will advise on automation matters and internal quality matters. Development and detailing of new techniques.
- Assisting department Services with rebuilds and warranty related matters.
- Master of Science in Naval / Mechanical / Electrical engineering
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering structures
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Proficient in English
- Affinity with clients product range
- Accurate, creative, team player
